Support Contracts

Auto Tech is a provider of emergency, preventative and planned support packages for power, systems, controls, SCADA and PLCs. This ensures customers whom have invested in this service receive higher priority from Auto Tech in the support of their plants – especially those that need to be in production for the majority of the time. It is our preference to provide a planned and customized preventative maintenance service, to reduce the risk of down time and lower the frequency of emergency situations. More often than not, our customers also invest in a dial in set up so we can interrogate and resolve operational difficulties via our head office over the internet.
